Back Office / Showroom / Warehouse for product collection, subsequent packaging and shipment. This is a fraction of an old industrial unit in Estonia, which we wanted to refurbish in order to fulfil this programme. The programme was extensive, so we had to divide it into two floors. On the upper floor, in a mezzanine, the administrative area and the pantry are located. The reception, logistics area and sanitary facilities are on the lower floor. Despite having divided the space into two levels, the dimension of its overall volume was not lost because we opted for a completely open space, where visual communication is a constant.
