The Paralympic Stadium building is part of a Paralympic Sports Complex with approximately 85.000 m2 in the city of Luanda, Angola, and is composed of 4 main facilities: a stadium, a swimming pool, an athletics track, and an athletes' residence. The equipments are organized in a way to turn it into a permeable space with green areas, pedestrian and cycling paths, respecting all accessibility conditions. Their function is also to provide athletes with all the necessary tools for the daily training process. The concrete stadium is the whole complex face. Its interior is developed around the stands, emphasizing visual contact with the field. It is intended to provide the Paralympic Complex with equipment essential to its operation and indispensable to one of the capitals of the African continent, such as Luanda.
